Bar / Bat Mitzvah

10.00 - 10,15  meetup at Ela Valley junction - greeted by drums and clarinet with rythmic and enticing music. Biblical style refreshment will be waiting in loco including: sesame bagels with olive oils and labane cheese, olives, lemon-mint drink and hot drinks
10.15 - Getting on jeeps and starting to tour the judean hills,  view of the Ela Valley, the Valley´s story from the days of Tamar and Yehuda through the battle of David and Goliath to the Independance War.
Atari Ruins - a touch of the wine production in the past of this area and the recent develpment in wine production in the area. 
Tzura Ruins - view of the coastal area and Jerusalem Hills, meeting of plains and mountains.We will continue from here on mountain bikes for a one hour field ride on the road.  
Descending from Masuah mountain ridge to the ruins of Lozit caves (a group of bell shaped caves with an impressive colombarium). 
We will stop at a  certain point for a short walk. 
The journey will end at the upper openings of Lozit caves. Here at the upper part of the caves the participants will experience baking pita bread on the Saj and preparing herbal tea. To enrich the experience even more we will make Italian Focaccias.  We will finish with slope gliding into the bell-caves, a bonding experience for the entire family and for all ages.
15.00 - Approximate activity ending time
Activities are insured and facilitated by certified guides and legaly listed jeeps checked by a security officer.

with the unique meal in a private house

We wish to thank you from our heart for the perfect organization and production ot Inbar´s Bat Mitzva. From the very first telephone call till the end of the event we received highly professional attention along with genuine care and warmth towards Inbar and us. The guide Yehudit who was chosen to lead us through the villages alleys won our hearts, from age 5 to 75, and I am sure that her many stories, and mostly her great love for the village and the necessity to preserve it and the landscapes around it, will remain with us long after the event. The meal at Gili´s that was fixed throuhg you was delicious and was enhanced by the pleasant atmosphere that Gili creates and the beautiful panorama seen from her home. The flexibility and the capacity to accomodate us in everything we asked for, be it the choice of the itinerary or the food, turned the event into an experience that was perfectly fitted to Inbar´s personality, and left us all with a taste for more.
We will be very happy to enjoy your services in the future!

Many thanks to Yael who worked tirelessly, more phone calls, more emails, and more scheduling so that everthing will be according to our desires.
Everything was perfect and we couldn´t have hoped for  more,  our guests enjoyed themselves a lot, and I keep receivng superlative compliments to this day.
  Everything ticked like clockwork, with no tension, no stress and this thanks to you Yael, who worked and coordinated everything during the trip.
And the restaurant after so many hesitations was simply fabulous, the food was tasty and the atmosphere serene and pleasant.
And of course yehudit who was an excellent guide flowed with the guests and intuited what interested them and what  didn´t. the guests say this day enriched them greatly. So what more can we say: cheers to you, you were wonderful and keep on like this! Huge thanks to you...

Dear Nofar,

I wanted to thank you once again for the amazing day you organised us in Jerusalem. Nathan and all of us had an original experience that we´ll never forget.

It was perfectly adapted to our needs, being secular but yet deeply jewish event. All our family and friends said the same.

Just to give you and idea of how Nathan felt that day (and make you smile): a few days ago we were watching the ceremony in Washington for Obama, and at the end of it Nathan told me it reminds me of myself the day of the Bar Mitzva!.

So, toda rabba, take care and a big hello also to your mom!

Bar Mitzva Event - Vardi Family

Over the weekend of 7-8 March our son Barak Vardi´s Bar Mitzva took place in Jerusalem.
The event was organized by Maya as a representative of Einkerem Legend
During the weekend that the family and  friends spent at a hotel in Jerusalem, Maya organized a festive evening at Beit Shalom, a tour of Einkerem and lunch in Abu Gosh.
The entire event was simply amazing and deeply touching and we received many compliments from all participants.We greatly enjoyed Maya´s professionality and personal commitment and we hope to keep working with the company and with Maya.

To Einkerem Legend

I wish to thank you for the wonderful day you organized for us in honor of our daughter Roni´s Bat Mitzva. Yes, once again we came back to you after two years to celebrate our younger daughter Roni´s Bat Mitzva. Many many thanks to Michal for everything and to Yael whom we met for the second time, we have no words to thank you for a unique day. Our guests don´t stop calling and complimenting the enchanting and pleasant day, the tour in Einkerem which not everyone had visited before and therefore the experience was doubled
Of course we won´t forget walking to the Kotel which for us was the best of the best... because you can´t come all the way to Jerusalem and not visit the Kotel. In short, thank you, thank you, thank you for everything, for maneuvering between adults, children and teen agers. Cheers to you, Yael.
And of course we won´t forget the performing actress whom the kids said was amazing. Many thanks for everythin and we hope to meet again.
